She began her work as a Physical Therapist in the hospital, out-patient rehab, and SNF settings in the 1990’s. She has taught Group Fitness and Yoga classes for 36 years, and is especially interested in nutrition for athletes and for athletic training. The Anat Baniel Method has greatly enriched her practice as a Pediatric Physical Therapist for the county of San Bernardino, Department Of Public Health.
Stephanie graduated as an Anat Baniel Method, Neuromovement Practitioner in January of 2019 and plans to bring these amazing techniques to the Inland Empire in Southern California, as well as to other countries worldwide.
