About Stephanie
With a background in Pediatric Physical Therapy, Group Fitness, and Nutrition, Stephanie has BS degrees in Physical Education and Life Science, as well as her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in Southern California. She began her work as a Physical Therapist in the hospital, outpatient rehab, and SNF settings in the 1990s. She has taught Group Fitness and Yoga classes for 42 years and is especially interested in nutrition for athletes and for athletic training. Before discovering the Anat Baniel Method, Stephanie studied Myofascial Release, Cranio-sacral Therapy, and NeuroDevelopmental Treatment (NDT) for Pediatrics.
Stephanie graduated as an Anat Baniel Method, Neuromovement Practitioner in January of 2019, and went on to complete the Children’s Mastery Program, as well as Vitality and Anti-Aging and High Performers Programs. She teaches weekly Transformative Movement Lessons and continues to pursue further understanding and education regarding Neuroplasticity and Pediatrics. She has since added Infant and Pregnancy Cranio-sacral skills, Somato-emotional Release, and Visceral Manipulation to her toolbox.

During her 22 years as a Pediatric Physical Therapist, Stephanie has developed a love of travel. As part of her mission to take her skills around the world to children in developing countries, Stephanie has traveled to Nepal, Guatemala, and Peru to work with children and to provide her manual skills, much-needed equipment, and education to other groups as well via solo travels.
