About Stephanie

With a background in Pediatric Physical Therapy, Group Fitness and Nutrition, Stephanie has BS degrees in Physical Education and Life Science, as well as her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in Southern California.  She began her work as a Physical Therapist in the hospital, out-patient rehab, and SNF settings in the 1990’s. She has taught Group Fitness and Yoga classes for 36 years, and is especially interested in nutrition for athletes and for athletic training.  Prior to discovering the Anat Baniel Method, Stephanie studied Myofascial Release, Cranio-sacral Therapy, and NeuroDevelopmental Treatment (NDT) for Pediatrics.

In seeking new ways to improve her practice and support her patients, Stephanie learned about the Anat Baniel Method, Neuromovement in the fall of 2017.  Inspired by the transformative practical application of the principles of Neuroplasticity, she began the Practitioner training in October 2017. The Anat Baniel Method has greatly enriched her practice as a Pediatric Physical Therapist for the county of San Bernardino, Department Of Public Health.

Stephanie graduated as an Anat Baniel Method, Neuromovement Practitioner in January of 2019 and plans to bring these amazing techniques to the Inland Empire in Southern California, as well as to other countries worldwide.  Stephanie is currently enrolled in the Children’s Mastery Program, which she will complete in November of 2019. In 2020, she is looking forward to taking the Vitality & Anti-Aging, and High Performers Mastery Courses.
