Introductory Lesson Extra time is allotted during your first session to review your health history, chief complaint, and analyze your movement patterns. Information on Neuromovement® and the Anat Baniel Method® with links to resources will be presented. In addition, recommendations for a program plan will be outlined, with possible outcomes and realistic expectations. Each new student brings a unique situation and deserves the extra care and attention to their needs in this important session. Lessons consist of slow, deliberate movements facilitated by Stephanie. Student comfort is of primary importance, and as such, is suitable for all ages and abilities.  At this time, Stephanie's’ practice is focusing on adults.
